For our exclusive client, an international jewelry manufacturer with a boutique in Zurich, we are looking for a committed personality at the welcome desk. Are you ready to become part of our team and delight our customers with excellent service?

Your responsibilities

• Warm welcome and support for customers in the boutique
• Providing information about our products and services
• Supporting the sales team when needed
• Ensuring an excellent customer service experience
• Maintaining the boutique atmosphere and ensuring cleanliness

Your qualifications

• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Friendly, service-oriented, and highly proactive demeanor
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility (including longer working hours)
• Enthusiasm for luxury products and interest in high-end brands
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
