For our client – an international software company – we are looking for friendly and motivated hosts & hostesses who will ensure smooth and professional guest service at the upcoming IT business event in Zurich.

Working hours

06:00 - 19:00

Salary and expenses

CHF 28.-/h wage and CHF 20.-/day expenses

Your responsibilities

  • Friendly reception and greeting of guests at the welcome desk
  • Providing directions within the event location
  • Accompanying participants to presentations and meeting rooms
  • Representing our client(s) with an authentic and friendly demeanor
  • Point of contact for general questions and concerns

Your qualifications

  • You have a neat, confident and professional appearance
  • Experience in guest service, events or reception is an advantage
  • You are reliable, punctual and enjoy working in a team
  • Quick comprehension and good organizational skills
  • Fluent English — German/French, Italian and other languages are an advantage
