Your Tasks

• Friendly greeting and registration of guests at the event
• Organized management of the cloakroom
• Professional handling of guest inquiries with seriousness
• Solving minor problems is part of your tasks
• Collaboration within the team to provide outstanding service and support

Your Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, gastronomy, or event management - advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Neat appearance and professional manners
• Fluent in German or French and very good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
