Junior Recruiter 50 - 100%

We are looking for dedicated support in recruiting for our office team. In this position, you will work closely with the team and gradually take on responsibility throughout the entire application process.

Your Tasks

• Independent support of the entire recruiting process, including conducting phone and video interviews as well as coordinating applicant communication
• Assisting in the creation and targeted placement of job advertisements
• Pre-selection and support of candidates, maintenance of the applicant management system
• Management of HR data, personnel files, and administrative processes
• Responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of employment and framework agreements

Your Qualifications

• Completed education or ongoing studies (Bachelor FH/Uni/HF) in the field of hospitality, hotel management, gastronomy, etc., and initial experience in HR or recruiting is an advantage but not mandatory, as well as contacts or an active network in the hospitality world are a plus
• High understanding of quality and service excellence, as well as enjoyment in dealing with people and strong social skills
• Organizational talent, solution-oriented work approach, and good time management
• Proficiency in MS Office and interest in commercial activities
• Fluent German or French skills as well as very good English skills
