HR & Recruiting Specialist 60 – 100%

Have you already gained initial experience in HR or recruitment and want to deepen your knowledge further? We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our team immediately or by arrangement!

Your Tasks

• Planning and conducting the entire recruitment process (including interviews)
• Contributing to the development and optimization of the recruiting strategy
• Creating and publishing job advertisements on various channels
• Responsible for creating and managing employment and framework contracts
• Collaborating with the department to determine staffing needs
• Analyzing and evaluating recruiting metrics for continuous process improvement

Your Qualifications

• Completed education and initial experience in HR or recruiting
• High understanding of quality and service excellence
• Enjoy interacting with people, excellent social skills
• Strong interest in commercial activities, proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for regular interaction with employees and applicants
• Organizational talent, highly solution-oriented, and good time management
• Fluent in German or French and very good English skills
