Your Tasks

• Warmly welcome guests with a smile, proactively assist them in taking a seat, or offer them a beverage if they need to wait
• As an ambassador, you represent the brand with grace and professionalism
• Provide directions, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless flow of guests from arrival to departure, maintaining an impeccable level of service
• Offer additional assistance as needed to ensure the smooth execution of the event, adhering to the highest standards expected by our clients

Your Qualification

• ​​​Demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• Possesses a deep understanding of service excellence and a strong commitment to meeting the high expectations of premium brands and their clientele
• Strong hospitality background with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service in catering environments or able to adapt quickly
• Great communication skills, team player and open personality
• Fluency in English and French are mandatory, additional languages are a plus
